Order & Return Policy

At Herres Photography, all prints and gifts are produced and fulfilled through third-party print providers such as Printify or Mpix. Because of this, we follow their individual policies for returns, refunds, and replacements.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may be able to request a replacement or refund from the print provider on your behalf. In order to do so:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Please include clear photos of the damage, along with your order number and any relevant details.

We will then reach out to the print provider to see if a replacement or refund is possible under their policies. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the provider’s terms.


No Direct Returns

As a small studio working with third-party print providers, we are unable to accept returned items directly. Please do not send any products back to Herres Photography or the manufacturer.


Custom and Print-on-Demand Orders

All orders are custom-made and printed on demand. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or other non-defect-related issues.
